STUDENT PROJECT
DESIGN STUDIO FS24

From Objects to Artists

Adrien Bressan
Chloé Tournelle

The project transforms Museum Rietberg into a dynamic artists' residence, shifting the focus from static displays of non-European art to celebrating the creators behind the works. By providing temporary housing, creative spaces, and exhibition areas, the project acknowledges the museum's colonial past and offer a platform for artists to express their cultural heritage and origin. Modular installations and flexible designs ensure adaptability, fostering interaction, creativity, and cultural exchange.
