A Seat at the Table

Extending and enhancing the existing city waste management site with a food waste infrastructure built from material components found as building waste in Altstetten, the site in its logistics and infrastructure is complemented with a community kitchen on the first and kitchen-less affordable apartments on the top floor, offering a seat at the table for people most likely to be affected by poverty: migrants, elderly people and single-working mothers.
