An interconnecting program aiming to create a synergy between the already existing neighbor institutions with their challenges and opportunities. Dealing with the existing legacy, the project builds its identity on the memory of the locals and offers an adaptive structure that responds to nowadays aging crisis and that is resilient to the future generational needs.
