Growing Diversity
Olivia Beeler
Charlotte Thallinger
The program of this project focuses on the preservation and revival of cultural diversity in vegetable and fruit production as it used to take place in Switzerland. Therefore, the exchange between generations is necessary to pass on the specific knowledge to the next generation. In addition to the seed production of rare species, an exhibition encourages people to reflect, a shop offers the opportunity to buy locally grown vegetables and a tea house brings together a variety of stories.
